Love+Laughter = KaiChur

i just back from 1 medidation camp at PBHP…a nice camp..i learn a lot from it…really …im here not to show off bout how proud i am i m 1 of the participants..im here to share with u o..it is really a memorable,meaningful camp…if u guys have noe bout it but never join,u o have miss it…really…

well…let me tell some detail of the camp…

THERE are 22 participants in this camp..though it is a small number,it is good for us..coz we noe each other better and we very close to each other…haha…we have 3  tutor i should say..they teach us how to medidate,create games for us…they are..BRO WONG ,BRO JOHNY TAN, and SIS POH from KL..they are so professional till can have a slightly change on program but never affect anything of the whole day program..nice

we all learn how to medidate on METTA BHAVANA,how to be a good leader,how to care ppl,how to respect ppl,how to be creative,team work,how to let our hearts clear to see every thing,how to let ourselves cool down to think better,how to be loving and kind to others,how to look at ppl,etc etc…it is really nice..

though we just being together for 3days 2nights…but…we really close..
